We are seeking an experienced and professional Leasing & Customer Relations Manager with 7–10 years of UAE real estate experience to oversee leasing operations, tenant relations, and customer service.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in the UAE real estate market and leasing operations.
• Professional and respectful handling of tenants with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong experience in handling payment delays, tenant disputes, rent recovery follow-ups, and professionally managing difficult tenant situations.
• Ability to attract and retain tenants, improve occupancy levels, and support leasing growth while maintaining market-appropriate rental values.
• Strong problem-solving, crisis management, and responsible decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance the interests of ownership and tenants while applying policies and regulations fairly.
• Strong personality with leadership, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Participation in business growth and expansion-related decisions.
• High integrity, accountability, and commitment to placing business interests above personal interests.
• Experience using UAE real estate applications, CRM, leasing, and property management systems.
• Arabic & English preferred.
