Role Overview
We are looking for 3 Telesales Executives with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close over the phone. The ideal candidate has experience in home services, home maintenance, or facility management and knows how to convert inquiries into bookings with accuracy, confidence, and a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and chats for home wellness, home maintenance, and cleaning services.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Maintain a premium sales experience on every call.
Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and service knowledge.
Coordinate with operations and planning teams to ensure accurate bookings.
Use CRM tools to track, update, and follow up on leads.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a call center or telesales (mandatory).
Experience in home services, home maintenance, or facility management is a strong plus (mandatory).
Arabic speakers with great English communication skills, both written and verbal (mandatory).
Passion for sales and target achievement.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
