Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and support service operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in both routine and emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to security services.
Accurately document calls, reports, and service requests in internal systems.
Monitor, coordinate, and dispatch security-related requests via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with customers at all times, including during urgent situations.
Liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Key Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English with a confident and professional phone manner.
Strong computer skills, including the ability to use digital systems, email, and data-entry tools accurately.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Previous customer service or call-handling experience is preferred.
