We are seeking a professional and attentive Client Service Assistant to support the client service team in handling enquiries, administration, and day-to-day account support. Reporting to the Client Service Manager or Account Manager, the successful candidate will be a dependable point of contact for clients, keeping their requests moving and their records accurate so that every client feels well looked after.
The core of the role is client communication and enquiry handling. The Client Service Assistant answers calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously, understands what each client needs, and resolves routine queries such as account details, order or service status, appointments, documents, and invoices. Requests beyond the assistant’s authority or knowledge are passed to the right colleague with a clear summary, so the client does not have to repeat themselves. Promised callbacks and follow-ups are made on time.
