The successful candidate will coordinate service activities, monitor maintenance schedules, communicate with customers and technical staff, and ensure all service requests are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The role also includes coordinating spare parts, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service.
