About the role
We’re a US healthcare services company that helps seniors across the United States. We’re hiring friendly, professional call center representatives to speak with American patients and their families by phone. The job is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere, as long as you can work US business hours.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time
That’s 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM in Dubai (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM from November to mid-March). Please check what these hours are in your time zone.
What you’ll do
Answer incoming calls from US seniors and their families, and make scheduled callbacks
Explain our services clearly and patiently
Collect and verify patient information (name, date of birth, insurance details when needed)
Transfer patients to clinicians and schedule callbacks
Write clear, accurate notes in our patient system after every call
Follow privacy rules (HIPAA) and call scripts
Requirements
A clear, native-level English accent is required, such as American, British, Australian or European. Callers are US seniors, and many are hard of hearing, so you must be easy to understand on the phone.
Excellent spoken and written English
At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience; US healthcare or insurance experience is a plus
Patience, warmth and respect when speaking with older adults
Comfortable typing notes while on a call and using basic computer systems
A quiet, private workspace with no background noise
A reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet and a noise-canceling headset
Available to work US Eastern hours consistently
