ABOUT US
R J M Y Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C operates holiday homes in Dubai and, together with our sister company, short-term rental apartments in Poland. We are building our guest relations team and are looking for someone who enjoys solving guests' problems quickly and kindly. This is an online role: you will support guests by chat, email and phone.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer guest messages on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and our own website: before, during and after the stay
- Solve problems during the stay (access, cleaning, things that stop working) together with our cleaning teams and coordinators
- Handle booking changes, late check-out requests and refund requests
- Reply to guest reviews and record feedback so recurring problems get fixed
- Contact Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo support when needed
- Keep listing descriptions accurate in our property management system (Hostaway)
- Leave clear handover notes for the next shift
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year in guest relations or customer service, ideally in holiday homes, hotels or short-term rentals
- Clear, easy-to-understand spoken and written English: guests from all over the world must understand you without effort
- Calm and polite with upset guests
- Experience with the Airbnb or Booking.com host side; Hostaway or another PMS is a plus
- Available for morning and evening shifts, including weekends on rotation
- A valid UAE residence visa is preferred; we can sponsor a visa for the right candidate
WHAT WE OFFER
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month
- Hybrid or fully remote work, with the option to work from our office in Al Barsha
- UAE visa and medical insurance for candidates who need them
- Paid annual leave as per UAE Labour Law
- A small, international team working across Dubai and Poland
