We Are Urgently Hiring for Customer Support Representatives in Dubai!
Opportunities for Fresher’s
Experience of 3 to 6 months in any country will be preferable.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, operations) to solve complex issues
Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Provide product or service information clearly and professionally
Escalate issues when necessary while ensuring smooth handover
Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions
Salary Benefits:
