Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie – Sushi / Salad to join our kitchen team for the launch of restaurant project in Al Quoz, Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team and contribute to establishing high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality sushi, salads, and cold kitchen dishes.
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, portioning, and quality.
• Handle fresh ingredients, including fish, vegetables, and other sushi/salad components.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Follow recipes, preparation standards, and kitchen procedures.
• Assist with daily mise en place and smooth operation of the section.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in Sushi, Salad, Cold Kitchen, or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of sushi preparation, knife skills, and cold food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
