Job Details
We are seeking a skilled private chef for a family in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai for 5 days per week. You’ll work 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday (Tuesdays and Sundays off).
Key tasks include meal planning, coordinating ingredient shopping with the housekeeper, and preparing healthy meals with Chinese, Indian, Italian flavours. You must be flexible for occasional dinner parties
Allergy awareness (gluten-free, nut-free) and attention to cleanliness are essential.
Examples of dishes:
* Mushroom chow mein, laksa, miso cod
* Saag, chicken curry, dosas
* lasagna, healthy pizzas
- meal prep one pan dishes for days off.
For snacks:
* Healthy vegan, gluten-free breakfast muffins
- Hidden veg snacks for children
- clean dips, bean salads
- smoothie mixes
For lunches:
* Creative salads
- Buddha bowls
- soups
