We are looking for a passionate and skilled female Chocolate Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality chocolates, developing new flavors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our chocolate production line. If you have a love for confectionery arts and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Melt, temper, and mold chocolate according to company recipes and standards.
Create, decorate, and package various chocolate products (truffles, bars, bonbons, etc.).
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen/production area.
Manage ingredients inventory and ensure minimal wastage.
Assist in developing new chocolate flavors and product ideas.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a chocolate maker, pastry chef, or baker (experience with chocolate tempering is a huge plus).
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Good time-management skills.
