Job Details
1. Making and decorating cakes with exquisite designs & finishing
2. Making customized cakes, shaped cakes, themed cakes with Fondant and replicate designs bought by the customer
3. Making Sugar paste figurines and characters, toys, flowers etc. as per the design
4. Make butter cream icing designs and replicating designs provided by the customer
5. Ensuring cake is made with excellent finishing and according to the design & specifications provided
6. Paying attention to every fine detail of the cake and ensuring the cake made is as close as possible to the design provided
7. Baking of miscellaneous items of cake sponges, brownies, cupcakes, desserts etc. as required for the daily production
8. Should have skills for making larger sized characters from styro or cardboard or cereals or modelling chocolate
8. Timely preparation of all items and strict adherence to given schedule of orders
9. Should be willing to extra mile by working longer hours on busy day for timely turn-around of cake orders
10. Follow a clean as go policy; maintain cleanliness of the work place premises, working tools, equipment, utensils etc.
