We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Chef to lead premium dining restaurant operations in the UAE.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong experience in premium dining / upscale restaurant concepts
* Expertise in kitchen operations and system management
* Experience in menu engineering and food cost control
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience in restaurant pre-opening and setup projects
* Operationally strong and process-oriented personality
* Middle Eastern cuisine and live grill experience is a strong advantage
* Arabic speaking candidates preferred
* Arab nationality preferred
* GCC experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete kitchen operation management
* Staff training and performance management
* SOP implementation and hygiene control
* Inventory and food cost management
* Menu planning and quality consistency
* Coordination with management for business growth
* Maintaining UAE food safety and municipality standards
