The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working in private villas, VIP households, or luxury establishments, with exceptional skills in preparing Arabic, Emirati, Gulf, and international cuisines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality daily meals, including Arabic, Emirati, Gulf, and international dishes.
Demonstrate excellent cooking skills and a strong understanding of authentic recipes and fine dining.
Plan daily menus according to the household's preferences.
Select fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen supplies.
Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and organization.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
Maintain complete professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Extensive professional cooking experience with proven skills.
Previous experience working for VIP families or in private villas is highly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Arabic and Gulf cuisine, as well as international dishes.
Ability to work independently and manage all kitchen responsibilities.
High standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and professionalism.
Trustworthy, organized, punctual, and attentive to detail.
Willingness to live in the villa and work full-time.
