Supervisor – Tile & plaster
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full Time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and manage site activities related to:
● Tile Installation Works
● Plaster Works
● Block Work
The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, monitoring daily productivity, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with site engineers, and maintaining project schedules.
Requirements
● Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Foreman.
● Strong experience in Block Work, Plaster Works, and Tile Installation.
● Ability to manage labor teams and site activities efficiently.
● Good knowledge of productivity, quality control, and site safety requirements.
● Ability to read drawings and coordinate with engineers and project teams.
● Must currently be available in the UAE.
● Hindi language is mandatory.
● Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
● Supervise daily site activities and labor allocation.
● Monitor productivity and work progress.
● Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
● Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
● Maintain daily reports and manpower records.
● Ensure compliance with safety requirements on site.
