Job Details
We are a leading signage production company in Sharjah looking for a hands-on, proactive Site Foreman to lead our on-site installation teams. You will be the primary link between our production facility and the client site, ensuring that all signage, from architectural to large-format, is installed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise installation crews, riggers, and subcontractors on-site.
• Technical Execution: Read and interpret technical shop drawings to ensure signage is installed to exact specifications.
• Site Management: Coordinate site surveys, prepare installation areas, and ensure all materials and tools are available for the job.
• Safety Enforcement: Ensure all work is carried out in line with UAE safety standards, including working at heights and electrical safety.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, property managers, and site contractors.
• Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, document installation challenges, and ensure as-built photos are recorded.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the signage, fit-out, or construction industry.
• Licence: Must possess a valid UAE driver's licence (essential).
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
• Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
• Language Advantage: Proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
• Physical Ability: Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions on-site under pressure.
