KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors.
Oversee planning, execution, resource allocation, and risk management.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 15 years overall experience in construction/fit-out industry.
At least 5 years as a Project Manager for ID/Fitout works in the UAE.
Proven track record in hospitality, F&B, and mall fit-out projects with project value of AED 30–50 million and above.
Experience handling large-scale, high-value projects (hotels, malls, luxury developments).
Strong exposure to turnkey fit-out projects from design coordination to final handover.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory, from a reputed institution) / Architectural background.
PMP certification preferred.

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Strong knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out regulations.
Experience in contract administration and project documentation.
Ability to draft contractual letters, claims, and professional correspondence.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
CORE COMPETENCIES

Strong project planning, execution and delivery skills.
Expertise in budget control, scheduling, and resource management.
Capability to handle large, complex projects.
