Position Title: Site Supervisor/Foreman
Department: Construction
Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager
Role Overview:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires coordination between workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and management to achieve smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Plan, organize, and allocate tasks to site staff, subcontractors, and labourers.
• Ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at the site.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality control.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and records of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Attend and support site meetings with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Resolve site issues and report critical matters to management promptly.
• Monitor adherence to timelines and assist in meeting project milestones.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices on site.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Diploma / ITI in Civil/Mechanical
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/fit-out/general maintenance companies
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Familiarity with project management and HSE procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic site reporting tools.
