Job Description – MEP Supervisor (Construction)
A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites. The role involves supervising MEP installation activities, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and site teams.
Review drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Maintain progress reports and coordinate material requirements.
Ensure work is completed according to approved schedules.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum experience in MEP supervision within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
Good communication and site management skills.
