Job Title: Fabrication Foreman – Steel Structure

Job Location: UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (Based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Industry Experience: Steel structure or fabrication experience is compulsory
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Foreman to supervise and manage day-to-day fabrication activities in our steel structure workshop/site. The candidate must have strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise fabrication team and daily production activities
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Allocate work to workers and monitor progress
Maintain quality standards and safety procedures
Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors
Ensure timely completion of fabrication targets
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure/fabrication field
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Ability to read fabrication drawings
Good knowledge of workshop tools and fabrication processes
Physically fit and ready to work in workshop/site environment
