Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Consultant to work from our office in Dubai on a temporary basis for one upcoming project outside the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify architectural, structural, and technical drawings.
Review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for accuracy and completeness.
Verify material specifications and quantities.
Review related project documents and technical details.
Identify discrepancies, errors, and potential issues.
Prepare a detailed report highlighting findings and recommendations.

Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction consultancy, civil engineering, or quantity surveying.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of technical drawings, BOQs, and construction materials.
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
Ability to identify technical discrepancies and recommend solutions.
