Renovation Works Supervisor – UAE
We are looking for an experienced Renovation Works Supervisor to supervise and coordinate residential and commercial renovation/fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and manpower.
Coordinate civil, tiling, gypsum, painting, joinery, plumbing, electrical and MEP works.
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate materials, subcontractors and work schedules.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
Conduct quality checks, snagging and final handover.
Maintain site cleanliness, safety and proper housekeeping.
Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in renovation/fit-out works, good technical knowledge, strong team-management skills and ability to independently manage multiple site activities.
UAE Driving Licence preferred.
