Experienced Nanny / Governess Required – Dubai

We are a UAE national family looking for a smart, experienced and highly responsible nanny/governess for a 4-year-old child in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should be warm and caring, but also proactive, organised and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny/childcare experience
Preferably experience working with a high-profile, HNW or demanding family
Educated, with excellent English and communication skills
Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning
Able to plan reading, educational games, creative activities and outdoor play
Patient, gentle, emotionally intelligent and energetic
Highly organised and able to maintain the child’s daily routine
Able to manage the child’s room, belongings, laundry and wardrobe
Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards
Able to handle situations calmly and use good judgement
Takes initiative, notices what needs to be done and takes responsibility
Discreet and respectful of family privacy
Open to feedback and able to work closely with parents
Willing to travel internationally with the family
CPR / First Aid or early-childhood training is preferred
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position and will become a trusted and dependable part of the household.
