A reputable organization is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. The role involves supervising housekeeping operations, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
Inspect rooms, offices, public areas, and assigned facilities.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
Train and guide housekeeping team members on proper procedures.
Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Maintain daily housekeeping records, checklists, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with other departments regarding cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
Address housekeeping-related concerns and support timely resolution.
Promote safe working practices and compliance with workplace procedures.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate and supervise a team effectively.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Hotel, hospitality, residential, or facility-management experience is an advantage.
