Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors — greet, assist, and ensure a warm and professional welcome experience
Manage visitor logbook and coordinate with relevant staff upon guest arrival
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors and staff promptly
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, reception, and meeting areas at all times
Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready ahead of scheduled visits
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents
Assist in receiving and dispatching courier/mail
Run errands and assist with office supply replenishment
Assist staff with general day-to-day office needs
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role in the UAE is preferred
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship not provided)
