Live-In Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant (Male Only)

Position Overview
Seeking a highly experienced, trustworthy, and Live-In Domestic Assistant / Housekeeper to manage the daily upkeep of executive accommodation. The role requires good housekeeping standards, organizational skills, cooking ability for simple meals, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Absolute respect for privacy and confidentiality is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping & Cleaning
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of all indoor living spaces
• Bedroom and bathroom cleaning to high hygiene standards
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface care
• Deep cleaning on a rotational weekly/monthly schedule
• Waste management and general tidiness
• Maintaining the villa in a consistently executive-ready and guest-ready condition
• Monitoring household consumables and reporting low stock
• Receiving deliveries and coordinating access when required
• Liaising with external service providers (maintenance, gardening, pest control) when needed.

2. Laundry & Linen Management
• Knowledge of washing, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothing, Linen and towel management, as well as Monitoring cleaning and laundry supplies

3. Cooking & Food Preparation (Preferred Skill)
• Ability to cook simple meals (breakfast and light dinner)
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Organizing groceries and Informing employer when groceries or supplies need replenishment

4. Driving & Errands (Preferred)
• Valid UAE or home-country driver’s license is an advantage
• Driving for household errands when required (groceries, supplies)
• Keeping the vehicles clean if used

Working Arrangement
• Live-in position with accommodation provided
• Full-time role with 6 days per week (or as agreed)
• Working hours primarily daytime, with reasonable flexibility when needed

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in private villas or executive households with Ability to manage independently
• Good cooking skills for simple meals (preferred)
• High attention to detail and hygiene
• Functional English (mandatory), knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Physically fit and reliable
• Driver’s license preferred
• Verifiable references
