We are seeking a thorough and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and servicing standards of guest rooms and public areas. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the successful candidate will supervise a team of room attendants and public area staff, inspect completed work against the property's standards, and act as the quality checkpoint before any space is released back to guest use.

The core of the role is inspection and quality control. The Housekeeping Supervisor checks every departure and stayover room after servicing, verifying cleanliness, bed presentation, bathroom hygiene, amenity placement, and the working condition of lights, air conditioning, and in-room equipment. Rooms falling short are returned for correction and re-inspected before release. Room status is updated in the property management system promptly so the front desk can allocate clean rooms without delay, and the supervisor communicates directly with front office during high-occupancy turnarounds to prioritise urgent arrivals.
