WE ARE HIRING — BRANCH MANAGER
Location: Abu Dhabi
A well-established ladies beauty salon in Abu Dhabi -baniyas is looking for a highly capable and results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales growth, and manage team performance.
Only candidates with UAE salon management experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Lead, supervise, and manage staff performance
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
* Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
* Monitor bookings, revenue, and operational KPIs
* Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally
* Manage scheduling, attendance, and team discipline
* Support promotions, campaigns, and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in salon or spa management in UAE
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Sales-driven with strong business mindset
* Strong understanding of salon operations and customer service
* Experience with booking systems and POS software
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong communication skills
* English required (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Candidate:
* Strong experience in team management
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Strong operational and reporting skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
