Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional manicures and pedicures.
Apply gel polish, soft gel extensions, and hard gel nail enhancements.
Create custom nail art designs based on client preferences.
Shape, buff, polish, and maintain healthy nails.
Remove old nail enhancements safely and professionally.
Advise clients on nail care, treatments, and product recommendations.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation according to health and safety regulations.
Sterilize tools and equipment before and after each client.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Keep up to date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
Assist with inventory management and report low stock levels.
Promote salon services and retail products when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Artist.
Knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel, and nail extension techniques.
Strong creativity and artistic skills for nail art.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

4 years minimum experience required.
Experience with advanced nail art techniques (3D designs, chrome, ombré, hand painting, etc.).
Knowledge of nail health and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
Sales skills for recommending nail care products and additional services.
Russian manicure and pedicure.
