Job Details

THIRTY ONE is an emerging luxury barbershop and men's grooming brand in Dubai, and we're looking for a creative, ambitious and highly skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help bring our vision to life.

We currently have a social media presence on TikTok and instagram. We are looking for someone to build on our current page and someone who understands branding, visual storytelling and how to create engaging short-form content that builds a strong digital presence.

Your Role: Plan, film, edit and deliver a minimum of 15 high-quality short-form videos per month for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.

Develop and execute a content strategy that positions THIRTY ONE as a leading luxury men's grooming brand in Dubai.

Work closely with the founder to develop and grow their personal brand, ensuring both the founder's and THIRTY ONE's content strategies complement one another.

Identify trends, develop engaging content ideas and drive brand awareness, audience growth and engagement.

Maintain a consistent, sophisticated visual identity across all content.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in social media management, videography and short-form content creation.

Strong filming, editing and storytelling skills.

A creative eye for luxury, lifestyle, fashion or men's grooming brands.

Someone proactive, organised and capable of independently managing content production from concept to delivery.

Experience developing personal brands is highly desirable.

Dubai-based and available for regular on-site filming.

What Matters Most

We're not simply looking for someone to post content. We want a creative partner who understands our vision, takes initiative and can help us build two powerful, interconnected brands: THIRTY ONE and its founder.
