Job Details

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and dynamic Salon Manager to lead operations at our ladies salon in Dubai near the Al Furjan area. This is an urgent requirement (ASAP)!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations, staff scheduling, front desk management, and smooth client flow.

Manage, mentor, and evaluate salon staff (hairstylists, beauticians, technicians) to maintain top-tier performance and high morale.

Maintain strict inventory control for professional supplies, retail items, and products to ensure zero stock shortages.

Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction standards.

Monitor daily sales targets, track financial performance, and implement strategies to boost retail and service revenue.

Enforce strict health, safety, hygiene, and sterilization protocols across all stations in compliance with local regulations.

Coordinate social media content creation, promotional offers, and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in salon operations management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Proven ability to manage schedules, inventory, and staff performance.

Experience in marketing and promotion within beauty services.
