Job Summary

LS Glow – Carmen Group is looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Nail Artist / Nail Technician with strong professional nail care and advanced nail art skills.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating modern and customized nail designs, with a strong focus on quality, creativity, hygiene, and excellent customer service.
Professional Nail Art experience is a must for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicures and pedicures.
• Travel to clients’ locations to provide professional home salon nail services.
• Provide gel polish, gel extensions, acrylic nails, and other nail enhancement services.
• Create professional and customized nail art designs based on client preferences.
• Perform 3D Nail Art and creative 3D nail designs.
• Create professional Ombre Nails, including different color combinations and finishes.
• Perform nail shaping, filing, cuticle care, preparation, and finishing.
• Create designs according to reference photos or specific client requests.
• Recommend suitable nail shapes, colors, designs, and treatments to clients.
• Provide proper nail aftercare recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and workstation cleanliness.
• Sterilize and properly maintain all nail tools and equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest nail art techniques, designs, products, and beauty trends.
• Ensure all services are completed professionally, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a Nail Artist / Nail Technician is required.
• Strong Nail Art experience is mandatory.
• Must be confident in creating 3D Nails and Ombre Nails.
• Creative with excellent attention to detail and finishing.
• Ability to recreate nail designs from client reference images.
• Good knowledge of nail hygiene, sterilization, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.
• UAE salon experience will be an advantage.
