Job Summary
LS Glow – Carmen Group is looking for an experienced and professional Massage Therapist to provide high-quality massage and wellness treatments while maintaining excellent standards of customer service, hygiene, comfort, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional massage treatments according to client needs and preferences.
• Travel to clients’ locations to provide professional home massage services.
• Assess clients and recommend suitable massage treatments.
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing treatment environment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and necessary supplies before each appointment.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Keep up to date with massage and wellness techniques.
• Properly maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
Massage Skills / Techniques
Candidates should be experienced in several of the following:
• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Relaxation Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Thai Massage
• Balinese Massage
• Sports Massage
• Foot & Leg Massage
• Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Requirements
• Previous professional experience as a Massage Therapist is required.
• Strong knowledge of different massage techniques and body treatments.
• Relevant Massage Therapy Certification/Training is preferred.
• Good understanding of client consultation and treatment selection.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage appointments efficiently.
• UAE experience will be an advantage.
