Senior Automotive Sales Executive

## Location

## Salary & Benefits

* Fixed Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000

## Key Responsibilities

### Retail Sales

* Sell vehicles within the UAE market
* Manage retail export sales from the UAE to overseas customers
* Handle inquiries from Alibaba and other online platforms
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

### Trade & Export Sales

* Develop dealers, brokers, distributors, and trading companies
* Promote CIF, FOB, EXW, and wholesale vehicle transactions
* Generate new export business opportunities
* Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and operations teams

### Business Development

* Visit dealerships and automotive businesses regularly
* Develop new customers and key accounts
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

## Monthly Performance Targets

### Sales Performance

* Minimum 4 retail vehicle sales per month
* Additional incentives for achieving more than 8 retail vehicle sales per month
* Minimum USD 400,000 wholesale/export sales volume per month

### Customer Development

* Visit at least 20 dealerships per month
* Conduct at least 10 face-to-face customer meetings per month
* Develop at least 2 new key accounts per month

### Market Research

* Update pricing and market information for at least 3 vehicle models daily
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities

### Administration & Compliance

* Maintain complete and accurate CRM records
* Collect customer Google Reviews
* Comply with company policies and attendance requirements

## Requirements

### Mandatory Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience
* Proven track record in vehicle sales and customer development
* Fluent English communication skills
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in automotive export or international vehicle trading
* Existing network of dealers, brokers, or automotive traders
* UAE driving license
* Arabic, French, Russian, Persian, or Chinese language skills
* Experience using Alibaba, Dubizzle, DubiCars, CRM systems, or automotive marketplaces
