Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Call Center Agent (Male/Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with spare parts quotations, follow up on leads, and provide excellent customer service over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with automotive spare parts inquiries.
Prepare and send quotations for parts.
Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations and orders.
Coordinate with the Parts Department for stock availability.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Achieve sales and customer service targets.
Requirements
Previous call center, customer service, or automotive parts experience preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
