We are looking for a professional and energetic Automotive Call Center Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle customer calls, bookings, follow-ups, service reminders, and customer support professionally.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Book service appointments and follow up with customers
Respond to customer inquiries professionally
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team
Maintain customer records and updates
Follow up on pending quotations and approvals
Requirements
Experience in automotive industry preferred
Good communication skills in English
Arabic/Hindi is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers professionally
Strong follow-up skills
