We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automobile Parts Advisor to join our growing team specializing in luxury and high-end vehicle spare parts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide accurate and professional quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up consistently on pending inquiries to maximize conversions.
Update customers regularly regarding order status and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation.
Filter and assess inquiries based on brands supported by the company.
Track and monitor logistics/shipment status for all active orders.
Proactively inform customers in case of delays, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, and order progress.
Arranging deliveries of orders within UAE and GCC countries.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Automobile Parts Advisor.
Strong knowledge of luxury and high-end automotive brands.
Experience with EPC systems and parts identification.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
