Job Details

Job description:
1. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including the engine, chassis, transmission, suspension, braking system, and general vehicle condition.
2. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including replacing fluids, filters, brake pads, brake fluid, coolant, spark plugs, belts, and tires.
3. Diagnose and repair common mechanical issues, including chassis component faults, abnormal noises, vibrations, oil or coolant leaks, loss of power, and unstable idling.
4. Carry out major repairs, including accident damage repairs and major engine and transmission overhauls.
5. Assist with quality inspections and vehicle handovers, ensuring repair quality and minimizing rework.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Overseas automotive repair experience is preferred. Experience with German or luxury vehicle brands is an advantage.
2.Ability to independently carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance.
3.Familiar with the repair and maintenance of automotive engines, transmissions, chassis, suspension systems, and braking systems.
4.Familiar with common vehicle fault diagnosis and proficient in using automotive diagnostic scanners to identify and troubleshoot faults.
5.Able to independently perform vehicle servicing, repairs, dismantling, reassembly, and other mechanical maintenance work.
6.Responsible, hands-on, detail-oriented, able to follow work instructions, and possess good teamwork skills.
