Job Details

- Manage daily receiving, storing, issuing, and recording of automotive spare parts, tools, and workshop materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly controlled.
- Check incoming parts against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Issue parts to technicians and departments as per approved requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
- Maintain proper organization, labeling, and storage of all parts and materials.
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Workshop teams for stock requirements and replenishment.
- Update inventory transactions accurately in the company ERP/Odoo system.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory to management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and follows company safety procedures.

**Requirements:**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts/storekeeping or inventory control.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/Odoo and MS Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
