Automotive Sales Consultant – Dubai

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our car showroom in Dubai.
We need proactive salespeople who are focused on results, respond quickly to customers and know how to convert leads into actual sales.

Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming leads quickly and professionally
* Contact customers by phone and WhatsApp
* Follow up consistently with every potential customer
* Convert enquiries into showroom visits, test drives and sales
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
* Negotiate with customers and close deals
* Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Keep customer and lead information updated

Requirements:

* Previous automotive sales experience
* Experience working with incoming leads
* Strong follow-up and closing skills
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* High level of initiative and responsibility
* Ability to work fast and independently
* Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commission
* Good English
* UAE driving licence is preferred
* Knowledge of the UAE automotive market is an advantage
Language Requirements:

Fluent English is required.

Knowledge of additional languages is highly appreciated, especially:
Arabic
Hindi or Urdu
Russian
Chinese
Tagalog
