Position Summary
We are seeking an customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing operations. As the primary point of contact between our clients and workshop technicians, you will guide customers through their vehicle service journey—delivering clear estimates, professional recommendations, and an exceptional digital-first experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Care & Intake: Greet clients upon arrival or manage digital service inquiries via phone, mobile app, and WhatsApp.
Vehicle Inspection & Diagnostics: Conduct initial vehicle walkarounds, document customer concerns, and translate them into accurate work orders for technicians.
Estimations & Approvals: Review technician diagnostic reports, prepare job estimates, and present transparent quotes to clients for approval.
Service Tracking: Monitor job progress through the workshop to ensure timely completion and send digital updates or reminders to customers.
Invoicing & Handover: Explain completed repairs and billing details, issue digital invoices, and manage vehicle pickup or doorstep delivery arrangements.
Upselling & Package Sales: Promote maintenance service contracts, bodywork, and detailing packages tailored to client needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a reputable car garage or dealership in the UAE.
Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of general automotive mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance systems across European, American, and Asian brands.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with workshop management software, digital invoicing systems, and messaging tools.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a polite, empathetic approach to handling customer inquiries under pressure.
Driver's License: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
