Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Process supplier invoices and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure full compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and tax compliance.
• Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
