Job Details
Drishya General Trading Co. LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and financial reporting. Experience in a trading, wholesale, import, or export company will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and journal vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in VAT preparation, filing, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing activities.
Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
Coordinate with auditors and other external parties when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must Know Tally Software
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
