Job Details

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant and Receptionist for Ladies Salon in Mirdiff.

Key Responsibilities for Accountant:

Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports and profit & loss statements
Monitor daily cash flow, expenses, and budgets
Handle payroll and staff commissions
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (salon/retail experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
Good organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities For Receptionist:

Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage appointments and booking system
Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Process payments and maintain daily cash records
Coordinate with stylists and staff for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist (salon experience preferred)
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Presentable, organized, and customer-service oriented
