Job Details
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and be capable of supporting accounting operations while assisting with administrative, client coordination, and HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and audit preparation.
Prepare and support VAT and Corporate Tax compliance in line with UAE regulations.
Maintain client records, assist with billing, follow-ups, and customer portal updates.
Support office administration, document renewals, and coordination with vendors/service providers.
Assist with employee documentation, leave records, and maintaining HR files.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
