Position: Finance Analyst – Global Operations & Growth
About the Role
Arab Land Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Finance Analyst to support our global expansion strategy. The successful candidate will provide financial insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluations, and strategic recommendations to help drive sustainable growth across our trading, technology, sustainability, and consulting divisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop financial models for global expansion initiatives.
* Analyze profitability by product, service, customer, and market.
* Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
* Monitor key business KPIs and provide management dashboards.
* Support investment planning, ROI analysis, and business case development.
* Identify cost optimization opportunities across operations.
* Evaluate new markets, partnerships, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
* Support e-commerce financial analytics for store operations.
* Implement AI-powered financial reporting and business intelligence tools.
* Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
* Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure financial accuracy.
* Support compliance with UAE and international financial regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
* MBA, CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification preferred.
* 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
* Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or AI analytics platforms.
* Experience supporting international business operations is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Key Success Metrics
* Revenue growth analysis accuracy.
* Gross margin improvement.
* Cash flow optimization.
* Return on investment (ROI) of new initiatives.
* Business intelligence dashboard implementation.
* Expansion feasibility studies completed.
* Strategic recommendations adopted by management.
