Job Title: Entry-Level Accounting Assistant
Location: Al Ain, UAE

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month, depending on interview and experience

We are looking for an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our contracting company in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and be willing to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and company records.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash records.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments when required.
Help prepare monthly reports and basic financial summaries.
Support payroll, WPS, and employee-related accounting records when needed.
Perform other administrative and accounting tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good communication and computer skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in Al Ain.
Preferred Candidate
