Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
