Job Details
Original Glass Technical Services is looking for an experienced Male Accountant with a strong background in construction and contracting to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and supplier payments.
Track project expenses, material costs, labour costs, and operational expenses.
Maintain supplier and customer accounts.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Manage petty cash and record daily financial transactions.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Handle VAT records and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding financial matters.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Requirements:
Male candidates only.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in construction, contracting, or technical services.
Strong knowledge of construction accounting and project costing.
Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
