Job Title: Accountant (with Tally Experience) Male / Female ( Any Nationality )

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Tally software to manage our day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing ledger entries, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Tally Prime and possess strong analytical skills to help streamline our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tally Management: Maintain and update daily financial transactions, vouchers, journals, and ledger postings exclusively in Tally.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and manage timely vendor payments, client invoicing, and aging receivables.
• Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, cash, vendor, and customer statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets using Tally.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in compiling data and preparing documentation for tax filings (such as VAT or corporate tax, if applicable).
• Documentation: Maintain an organized, digital, and physical filing system for all financial records, invoices, and receipts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Software Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime (Required).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of general accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel alongside Tally.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
